Kissimmee, FL order Pick up:

We are located 6 minutes away from Disney.

30 minutes away from Downtown Orlando. 

  1. Add your favorite items to the cart.
  2. Choose PICK UP option at checkout.
  3. Wait for second email confirmation and follow instructions for a smooth pick up process. 

 

Pick up SCHEDULE: Updated weekly

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 

1:00p.m. - 7:00p.m.

Friday 

1:00p.m. - 5:00p.m.

 

IMPORTANT: please keep in mind that we need time to prepare your order for pick up. All orders are usually ready within 24hrs.

 ***If you would like to schedule a same day pick up please email or direct message us on instagram right away. We cannot guarantee same day pick up but we will try our best!

 

 

FYI: You can place your order any day of the week but you can only pick up at your scheduled pick up day and time. 

 

 

 

 After you place your order :

-You will automatically receive an email confirming your order.

-We will then send a second email within 24hrs confirming your order is almost ready for pick upYou must follow the instructions provided in this email to confirm the date and time you’ll be picking up your order.

***If we do not receive a response confirming your date and time we will assume you are unable to pick up and will have to cancel your order.

Q: Where is the pick up location?

A: Pick up location is in Kissimmee, FL

*Pick up address is provided during checkout. We will also send you an email confirmation with exact address and pick up details. 

 

 

Q: What should I expect after placing my order for pick up?

A: After your order is placed you will automatically receive an email confirming your order.

We will then send a second email within 24hrs confirming your order is almost ready for pick up. You must follow instructions on this email. 

Once you follow simple instructions on second email your order will be ready and waiting for you to pick up at your scheduled date/time :)

Q: Can I pay cash during pick up?

A: We do not accept cash payment. Pick up orders must be placed and paid through our website using the PICK UP option.

 

 

Q: Can I place an order for pick up via DM or EMAIL?

A: No. We are not accepting pick up orders via dm or email. All pick up orders must be placed through our website using the PICK UP option.

  

 

Q: Can I use afterpay to place my pick up order?

A: Yes, you can now use AFTERPAY as a payment method for your pick up order.

 

 

Q: Can you hold an item for me until Im ready to place my pick up order?

A: Due to high demand and quick sell outs we are unable to put items on hold.

  

 

Q: What if I’m running late or can’t make it?

A: We understand that LIFE happens. If you are running late please contact us via email or phone number provided in confirmation email with your first name, last name, and order number.

If you cannot make it please contact us via email or phone number provided with your first name, last name, and order number ahead of time to reschedule or cancel.

Reschedule can only be made during the pick up time frame sent to you via email. If you cannot make it in this time frame we can cancel your order(full refund)

or send you an invoice with a flat rate shipping fee of $6.99.

 

 

 

Q: What should I do when I arrive to pick up location?

A: Send us a text or email (provided in confirmation email) with your first name, last name, and order number letting us know that you have arrived.

We will then meet you in front of the location and hand over your order. 

 

 

Q: Can someone who is not me pick up my order?

A: Yes you may send a friend or relative to pick up your order. Just make sure they follow all of our guidelines. 

 

Q: What if I have not received an email confirming my order or pick up?

A: You will automatically receive an email confirming your order.
